ITC Hotels Limited has signed a management agreement for Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui, a 117 key property that will strengthen the company’s presence in Uttarakhand and expand its Welcomhotel portfolio in North India.
The hotel, being developed in partnership with Orions Hospitality, marks ITC Hotels’ second Welcomhotel project in Dehradun and aligns with the company’s asset light expansion strategy.
The upcoming property will feature 117 rooms and suites, an all day dining restaurant, rooftop speciality restaurant, lounge bar and more than 20,000 sq ft of indoor banquet space, along with 25,000 sq ft of landscaped outdoor lawns targeting weddings, conferences and social events.
Located in Selaqui, one of Dehradun’s growing commercial and industrial corridors, the hotel is expected to cater to both business and leisure travellers as demand for branded hospitality continues to rise in the regionregion.
The signing further expands ITC Hotels’ footprint in Uttarakhand, complementing the recently opened Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Madhuban Dehradun and reinforcing the company’s focus on high growth leisure and business destinations across India.
