GRT Hotels & Resorts has unveiled its long-term Vision 2038 roadmap, placing artificial intelligence, digital transformation and commercial growth at the centre of its future strategy during the conclusion of its Leadership Conclave 2026–27.
The two-day conclave brought together the company’s leadership team to define strategic priorities, enhance operational capabilities and align the organisation for its next phase of expansion. Senior executives outlined plans to strengthen business performance through technology adoption while preserving the brand’s “Soulful Hospitality” ethos.
The event featured keynote addresses by G.R. ‘Anand’ Ananthapadmanabhan, Managing Director, GRT Group; T. Nataraajan, Deputy Managing Director, GRT Hotels & Resorts; and Vikram Cotah, Chief Executive Officer, GRT Hotels & Resorts, who presented the company’s growth strategy and long-term business vision.
Discussions during the conclave focused on AI integration, digital transformation, revenue optimisation, operational efficiency and guest experience enhancement. The leadership team also participated in industry masterclasses and strategy sessions aimed at preparing the organisation for evolving hospitality trends.
The company recognised high-performing hotels and employees for achievements in service excellence, audit performance and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), alongside awards for employees who made significant operational contributions.
