amã Stays & Trails, the premium homestay brand from the Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), has announced the signing of a new cluster of bungalows in Rishikesh and Goa, further strengthening its leadership in India’s luxury homestay segment.
With a growing portfolio of over 300 bungalows, the brand continues to cater to the rising appetite for immersive and experiential travel. The latest expansion includes the transformation of Kashi House in Rishikesh into a cluster of four elegant bungalows, and the addition of a serene three-bedroom villa in Assagao, Goa — both designed to offer intimate, locally rooted experiences.
Commenting on the development, Ms. Deepika Rao, Executive Vice President – New Businesses & Hotel Openings, IHCL, said, “With a growing portfolio of over 300 bungalows, amã Stays & Trails continues to redefine experiential leisure in India. Entering newer formats, the signing of the bungalow-cluster allows us to build scale and operational synergies while offering guests diverse choices that suit their travel preferences. We are delighted to extend our partnership with Mr. Siddarth Goel and Mr. Aryan Goel for the projects in Rishikesh and Goa.”
Kashi House – Rishikesh, set amid the foothills of the Himalayas, offers spacious common areas for dining and relaxation, with easy access to the city’s iconic ghats, Ganga Aarti, and adventure activities like rafting and guided treks. Villa Assagao – Goa, nestled in the state’s most picturesque village, provides a tranquil escape with landscaped lawns, airy living spaces, and fully equipped kitchens — a perfect retreat for slow, soulful living.
