Atmantan Wellness Centre, part of The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), has announced its expansion into Hyderabad with the development of a new flagship wellness retreat in partnership with Swela Realty LLP. The project marks a significant milestone in Atmantan’s strategy to build world-class integrated wellness destinations across India.
The upcoming retreat will be developed in collaboration with Mr. Swaran Charlakola and Mrs. Spoorthi Reddy of Swela Realty LLP, whose family has a long-standing association with holistic healthcare. Inspired by the vision of their late mother, Dr. Sweta Reddy, the project aims to establish a globally benchmarked wellness destination that combines preventive healthcare, holistic healing, and modern medical innovation.
Commenting on the partnership, Atmantan founders Sharmilee Kapur and Nikhil Kapur said the natural beauty of the location and the promoters’ commitment to wellness made the collaboration a natural fit. They emphasized that the new centre will reflect Atmantan’s philosophy of integrated, evidence-based wellness designed to deliver long-term health outcomes.
The founders also revealed that the Hyderabad property will follow Atmantan’s large-format wellness model, featuring approximately 100 rooms with the capacity to host between 130 and 150 guests daily. The expansion comes amid growing domestic and international demand for comprehensive wellness experiences focused on preventive health, longevity, and holistic well-being.
Mr. Swaran Charlakola, Director of Swela Realty LLP, said the partnership represents a major step toward bringing a world-class wellness ecosystem to Hyderabad. He noted that increasing global interest in longevity and healthy living reflects a lasting shift in consumer priorities, making integrated wellness more relevant than ever.
Atmantan Hyderabad will offer a blend of traditional Indian healing sciences and modern healthcare practices, including advanced diagnostics, therapeutic interventions, preventive medicine, anti-ageing programmes, and personalised wellness solutions. The centre is expected to strengthen India’s position as a leading destination for transformative wellness and preventive healthcare.
Guests at the retreat will have access to customised wellness journeys, including health assessments, stress management programmes, preventive care solutions, rejuvenation retreats, and corporate wellness experiences. The offerings will be designed to help individuals achieve long-term vitality, improved health outcomes, and a deeper connection with holistic well-being.
The Hyderabad project further reinforces Atmantan’s long-term vision of creating integrated wellness ecosystems that address the evolving health and lifestyle needs of modern consumers while promoting India’s growing wellness tourism sector.
