Atmosphere Core, a fast-growing hospitality group, convened its top 30 leaders in Dubai on September 9–10 for its annual leadership summit. The central theme: global expansion.
Over two days, senior executives aligned on strategic priorities, strengthened collaboration, and looked beyond the group’s existing footprint in the Maldives, India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal toward new opportunities across Asia and Europe. The summit highlighted Atmosphere Core’s progressive leadership approach and its continued focus on delivering transformative guest journeys.
“Global expansion is our new direction,” said Salil Panigrahi, Managing Director, Atmosphere Core. “As global nomads, we carry the ‘Joy of Giving’ philosophy with us — a spirit that defines our brands and our people. Leadership is about setting clear goals, inspiring teams, and building trust. These qualities will guide us as we extend our vision across continents.”
Founded in the Maldives just 12 years ago, Atmosphere Core has grown to nine private island resorts and one heritage hotel in India, with a pipeline of 17 more across India and upcoming projects in Italy, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. In 2026 alone, the group will launch six new properties, expanding its international reach.
The Dubai summit reinforced the company’s commitment to nurturing strong leaders, building resilient teams, and positioning Atmosphere Core as a global force in hospitality.
