Buffalo Trace, the world’s most awarded distillery, marked its India debut with a three-day pop-up experience at Palladium Mumbai. The event introduced Indian consumers to the Kentucky-based distillery’s heritage through curated tastings, interactive experiences, and brand storytelling.
The pop-up showcased Buffalo Trace’s 200-year legacy and featured guided tastings of select bourbons available in India, including Benchmark Bourbon, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, and Weller Wheated Bourbon. Visitors explored immersive stations such as a scent bar, leather workshop, and chocolate pairing zone, each designed to highlight the craftsmanship behind the distillery’s portfolio.
Industry leaders and notable attendees included Lara Balsara Vajifdar (Madison World), Tanuj Garg (Film Producer), Jayesh Yagnik (MOMS Outdoor), Pradeep Diwedi (Eros International), Esha Amin (Celebrity Stylist), Mini Sood Banerjee (Amorepacific), Pravir Sethi, and A.D. Singh (Olive Group).
Diego Bianchi, VP, Global Hubs, Sazerac, said the pop-up reflects the brand’s commitment to engaging Indian whiskey lovers. “The energy and enthusiasm in Mumbai were encouraging. We look forward to creating similar experiences across India to deepen appreciation for Buffalo Trace’s heritage.”
The distillery plans to expand its experiential presence across key Indian cities.
