Luxury villa and experiential hospitality brand ELIVAAS has strengthened its presence in Jim Corbett with the launch of five new properties, expanding its footprint in one of India’s fastest-growing leisure and wildlife destinations.
The latest additions—Farm Naturelle, Sylvaara, Puvalgarh Farms, Aranya Library and Dhela Jungle Retreat—span multiple accommodation formats, including farm stays, boutique retreats, private villas and resort-style offerings, catering to evolving traveller preferences for personalised and experience-led stays.
The expansion comes amid growing demand for alternative accommodation options that offer immersive local experiences beyond conventional hotel stays. Together, the five properties provide a range of experiences, from countryside escapes and nature retreats to luxury villa vacations and family getaways.
Farm Naturelle is spread across eight acres of orchards and organic farmland, while Sylvaara targets couples and small groups seeking boutique luxury experiences. Puvalgarh Farms combines a four-bedroom villa with a cottage-style suite, while Aranya Library features row villas designed around private living and reading spaces. Dhela Jungle Retreat offers a full-service resort experience with suites, duplex accommodations, dining venues and recreational facilities.
Guests across the properties will have access to destination-focused experiences, including wildlife safaris, farm activities, outdoor dining, bonfire evenings, private celebrations and personalised concierge services.
Commenting on the expansion, Ritwik Khare, Founder & CEO, ELIVAAS, said, “Jim Corbett has evolved into much more than a wildlife destination. Travellers today are looking for stays that are more personal, immersive and connected to the destination. With Farm Naturelle, Sylvaara, Aranya Library, Puvalgarh Farms and Dhela Jungle Retreat, we have created five distinct hospitality experiences that cater to different travel preferences while maintaining the same commitment to thoughtful design, personalised service and memorable stays.”
The launch aligns with ELIVAAS’ strategy of building destination-led hospitality offerings that provide travellers with multiple stay formats under a single brand, while capitalising on the growing demand for experiential leisure travel in emerging tourism destinations.
