Syed‘s journey in the hospitality industry has been marked by his unwavering commitment to service excellence, innovative thinking, and strategic expertise. His career milestones include serving as the Catering Manager at ITC Hotels Bengaluru, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Dubai, and Taj West EndBengaluru among many more, where he also managed MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and social sales operations. Syed‘s strategic leadership drove crucial revenue for the organization, achieving remarkable results and exceeding guest expectations.

In his most recent role as MICE Manager, Syed demonstrated exceptional skills in managing the operational flow of large-scale events, including conferences, weddings, meetings, exhibitions, and product launches. He excelled in revenue administration, goal setting, team management, and customer relationship building, consistently achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
