Gurgaon welcomes restaurant Ping’s Bia Hoi

Ping’s Bia Hoi, a new dining establishment, has opened its doors in Gurgaon, offering an authentic South Asian culinary experience. Founded by Rakshay Dhariwal, Radhika Dhariwal and Chef Rahul Gomes Pereira, the restaurant aims to showcase the unrefined and diverse cuisines found on South Asian streets.
The restaurant endeavours to provide a unique dining experience that goes beyond the ordinary, drawing inspiration from street food scenes across Asia. Led by Chef Rahul Gomes Pereira, the menu features vibrant dishes such as Dynamite Shrimp, Drunken Noodles, Thai-inspired Krapow, and Burmese Khao Suey.
In addition to its culinary offerings, Ping’s Bia Hoi presents a curated cocktail selection, including options like the Mexican Smash and the Ping’s Mule, designed to complement the flavours of the food.
Operating daily from noon until midnight, the restaurant offers hassle-free online reservations, payments, and personalized services. Emphasizing authenticity, customer relationships, and eco-conscious practices, Ping’s Bia Hoi collaborates with nearby brands to provide eco-friendly cloth bags with every delivery, reflecting their commitment to sustainability.
As part of their expansion efforts, the restaurant aims to introduce a wider array of pan-Asian delicacies while focusing on reducing plastic usage and engaging with the community for collective improvement.
