Hospitality technology provider Hotelogix has launched Multi-Property Manager, a cloud-based solution designed to help hotel groups and chains centralise operations, improve portfolio-wide visibility and streamline decision-making as they expand across multiple locations.
The new platform addresses a common challenge faced by growing hotel groups, where operational and performance data are spread across individual properties, limiting real-time visibility for corporate teams. The solution enables head offices to monitor performance across their entire portfolio through a single dashboard while allowing authorised users to access individual properties using a single sign-on.
The platform offers centralised reports covering key hospitality metrics such as revenue, occupancy, Average Room Rate (ARR), Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR), room nights and inventory availability. It also enables corporate teams to manage online travel agency (OTA) allotments, corporate and travel agent profiles, user access, and business-on-books forecasts from a unified interface.
“Hotel groups today struggle with centralisation of their business and often manually consolidate data to gain a portfolio-wide view,” said Aditya Sanghi, CEO of Hotelogix. “Our Multi-Property Manager acts as a central command centre, helping hotel leaders unify data, centralise processes and gain better operational control.”
The solution also includes a mobile Property Management System (PMS) application, allowing cluster and group managers to monitor operations remotely.
Early adopters include Grand Continent Hotels Ltd, which operates 25 properties with over 1,200 rooms across India and Dubai. The company said the platform would improve performance benchmarking, demand forecasting and operational efficiency.
“For a hotel group like ours, the ability to view group-level data in one place is transformative,” said Abhijeet Shrivastava, Chief Operating Officer, Grand Continent Hotels Ltd.
The Henry Hotels and Resorts in the Philippines, which manages 12 properties, also plans to deploy the solution as it expands its portfolio.
Hotelogix said the launch strengthens its enterprise-grade hospitality technology offering, which currently serves more than 250 hotel groups across emerging markets.
