Top honours included Lifetime Achievement for Bharat Shah, while Surat Marriott Hotel was named Most Iconic Hotel. Courtyard by Marriott Surat received recognition for Sustainable Green Hospitality, and Hilton Garden Inn Surat City Centre was awarded Best New Hotel.
