The Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India (HRAWI) is set to host the fifth edition of its “Empowering Hospitality” Conclave and Awards on June 26, 2025, at Della Resorts and Adventure, Lonavala. This flagship event will unite industry leaders, policymakers, and professionals to discuss innovations, policy insights, and leadership within the hospitality sector.
The event will feature Mohamed Farouk, Regional Director (Western Region), India Tourism Mumbai, Ministry of Tourism, as Chief Guest. The day will culminate with an awards ceremony recognizing excellence in leadership, sustainability, and innovation in hospitality.
“This year’s conclave marks a milestone in HRAWI’s 75th year, offering a platform for hoteliers and restaurateurs to address challenges and opportunities shaping our industry,” said Jimmy Shaw, President of HRAWI.
Key sessions include insights into Tourism Policy 2024, sustainability practices using bio-degraders, FSSAI compliance for food safety, and pest management solutions tailored to hospitality.
“We invite all hospitality professionals to join this event, contribute ideas, and celebrate industry achievements,” Shaw added.
The event sets the stage for HRAWI’s upcoming 20th Regional Convention, scheduled for October 8–9, 2025, in Mumbai.
