300-key greenfield project targets MICE and business demand
Expansion in North Bengaluru
Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a Gateway Hotel and Convention Centre in Kanamangala, Devanahalli, near Bengaluru Airport. The project is being developed as a greenfield initiative, strengthening IHCL’s footprint in one of the city’s fastest-growing corridors.
Strategic Growth Corridor

Project Details
The 300-key Gateway Hotel and Convention Centre will feature an all-day dining restaurant, bar, specialty restaurant, and lounge. Guests will have access to a gym and swimming pool, while the convention centre will offer extensive banquet and meeting facilities, including a ballroom spanning over 16,000 sq ft., catering to large-scale conferences and social events.

Strengthening City Presence
With this signing, IHCL will have a total of 20 hotels in Bengaluru, including 11 currently under development, reinforcing its expansion strategy in key urban markets.
