Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a SeleQtions-branded hotel in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru. The project involves the conversion of an existing standalone resort, with plans to expand the inventory to 120 keys.
The property, to be branded under IHCL’s SeleQtions portfolio, marks the debut of the brand in Bengaluru. Located in Devanahalli, a rapidly developing micro-market near Kempegowda International Airport, the hotel is positioned to cater to growing demand from the region’s expanding aerospace, biotechnology, defence, education and IT corridors.
The upcoming SeleQtions Prakruthi Resort, Devanahalli, Bengaluru, will feature 115 keys in its initial configuration, with inventory expansion planned as part of the conversion strategy. The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, bar and lounge, along with wellness and recreation amenities such as a spa, gymnasium and swimming pool.
The property will also offer over 6,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space, supported by meeting rooms aimed at corporate gatherings, social events and destination functions.
The project is being developed in partnership with BABA Developers Private Limited. With this addition, IHCL’s portfolio in Bengaluru will expand to 20 hotels, including 11 currently under development, reinforcing the company’s growth strategy in one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality markets.
