Derived from the Sanskrit word “Asmi” meaning “I am”, the program encourages self-awareness and conscious living through five pillars — movement, nutrition, bodywork, breathwork, and mindfulness. Rooted in India’s Pancha Kosha philosophy and supported by scientific research, ASMI by Oberoi offers guests a personalised, non-prescriptive path to wellbeing.
Curated under the guidance of Dr. Anuradha Mathad and Bryan Hoare, both veterans in clinical wellness and hospitality, the program integrates authentic Indian practices with modern insights.
