Pride Hotels Limited has announced the signing of Pride Plaza Indore under a long-term lease agreement, further strengthening its owned hotel portfolio and expanding the group’s presence in one of Central India’s fastest-growing hospitality markets.
The signing marks the launch of the fifth property under the company’s flagship Pride Plaza brand, joining existing hotels in Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and Jaipur. It also becomes the group’s second hotel in Indore and fourth property in Madhya Pradesh, following its presence in Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Pride Premier Indore.
Located in Rau on the AB Bypass Road, the upcoming property offers convenient access to the Pithampur industrial corridor and the Ujjain spiritual circuit, positioning it to cater to both business and leisure travellers.
The development aligns with Pride Hotels Group’s strategy of expanding into high-growth markets across India, including business hubs, leisure destinations, and pilgrimage centres. The company currently operates hotels across key destinations such as Delhi, Rishikesh, Mussoorie, Dehradun, Surat, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Pune, Nagpur, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, and Alwar, among others.
Building on its strong presence in western and northern India, the group plans to further expand into emerging hospitality markets including Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kalimpong, Nainital, and Somnath.
Speaking on the occasion, Sureshchand Premchand Jain, Managing Director, Pride Hotels Limited, said, “Being from Madhya Pradesh, I have always aspired to establish a hotel in Central India under our owned portfolio. After strengthening our presence in major metro cities and business centres, I am delighted to introduce our flagship Pride Plaza brand to Indore. This long-term lease reflects our commitment to the city and confidence in its future growth.”
Satyen Suresh Jain, Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer, Pride Hotels Limited, noted that the company sees significant long-term potential in Indore.
“Following the success of Pride Premier Indore, we are proud to introduce our second hotel in the city. Pride Plaza Indore is more than an expansion—it is a statement of our confidence in Indore’s emergence as a leading business, cultural, and hospitality destination,” he said.
The hotel will feature 141 guest rooms, along with banquet halls and a range of hospitality facilities designed to serve both corporate and social events.
Highlighting the property’s positioning, Atul Upadhyay, Whole-Time Director, said the hotel is envisioned as a premium hospitality destination that combines luxury, commerce, and Indian hospitality.
“With superior MICE infrastructure, distinctive dining experiences, and the backing of a trusted national hospitality brand, Pride Plaza Indore is well-positioned to meet the city’s growing demand for premium accommodation and event venues,” he said.
The property has been leased from Black Rock Hotels, whose owner Sanjeev Mishra expressed confidence in the partnership and its ability to deliver elevated hospitality experiences for both business and leisure travellers.
The signing represents another milestone in Pride Hotels’ growth journey as the company continues to strengthen its national footprint and expand its portfolio across key markets in India.
