Raffles Hotels & Resorts has unveiled the second chapter of its acclaimed global campaign, The Butler Did It, bringing its most charming insider to Raffles London at The OWO. Following last year’s debut in Singapore, the campaign now unfolds in the storied halls of the former Old War Office, with actor Henry Golding joining a glittering cast including Oli Green, Jacquetta Wheeler, Stephanie Grainger, and Amalie Gassman.
The Butler, once again portrayed by model Tim Easton, orchestrates a series of whimsical and elegant encounters: private tea in The Drawing Room, a royal wake-up call by the King’s Piper, and even a bespoke bedtime story. Each vignette highlights the signature hallmark of Raffles—butler service so personal it feels like magic.
Shot by photographer Dylan Don, styled by Robert Rabensteiner, and directed by Trey Laird, the campaign blends high fashion, theatrical flair, and quintessentially British sophistication. It launches globally across print, digital, and social platforms.
Omer Acar, CEO, Raffles Hotels & Resorts, commented:
“Our butlers are more than a symbol of service—they embody over a century of intuitive care and artistry. In London, we’ve reimagined this tradition with wit, elegance, and unmistakable Raffles charm.”
The campaign’s London chapter also reflects the property’s unique history. Once a centre of wartime intelligence, The OWO’s heritage of secrecy and intrigue aligns seamlessly with the campaign’s playful sense of mystery.
To extend the storytelling beyond the screen, Raffles has also introduced The Butler Did It Experiences—curated packages that give guests exclusive cultural access across Raffles destinations worldwide.
As the brand expands globally—with new openings in Jaipur and Sentosa, and upcoming launches in Jeddah, Lake Como, Los Cabos, Shanghai, and Tokyo—The Butler Did It continues to celebrate a tradition that has defined Raffles since 1887: extraordinary service, timeless glamour, and unforgettable moments of connection.
