Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has announced the signing of its 8th property in Uttarakhand, the Regenta Resort Dehradun, slated to open in June 2025. Nestled in Kulhan, Dehradun, this 50-key resort promises an “Urban Retreat” experience with easy access to popular destinations like Mussoorie, Rishikesh, and Haridwar.
Spanning 5,050 sq. mt., the resort offers panoramic Himalayan views and contemporary design. It features an all-day dining restaurant, a rooftop eatery with breathtaking vistas, and recreational facilities such as a spa, gym, infinity pool, and kids’ area. For events, the property boasts a 12,300 sq. ft. banquet hall, a 1,506 sq. ft. open lawn, and a pre-function area.
ROHL’s Chairman & Managing Director, Chander Baljee, emphasized Uttarakhand’s growing tourism potential, stating, “This expansion aligns with our vision to dominate India’s top leisure destinations and cater to the evolving preferences of modern travelers.”
The project is a collaboration with Sanjeevani Luxury Clouds. Shrikant Sharma, MD, added, “We aim to showcase Uttarakhand’s natural beauty and heritage to global travelers through this property.”
