Sayaji Hotels has expanded its Gujarat portfolio with the launch of Enrise by Sayaji, Somnath, marking the group’s entry into the pilgrimage and tourism destination.
Located on the Junagadh-Somnath Highway, the 59-room hotel is positioned to cater to pilgrims, leisure travellers, families, corporate guests and group business, with a combination of accommodation, dining and large-format event facilities.
The property comprises 24 Deluxe Rooms, 24 Premium Deluxe Rooms, 10 Suites and one Grand Suite, with room sizes ranging from 252 sq. ft. to 630 sq. ft.
Its food and beverage offering is anchored by Momentt, a 160-cover multi-cuisine restaurant serving both hotel guests and local visitors.
The hotel also has three event venues—Jewel, Crystal and Vatika—targeting weddings, conferences, meetings and social celebrations. Vatika, the largest venue, spans 26,500 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 1,000 guests in theatre-style seating, giving the property a sizeable events proposition for the destination.
“The launch of Enrise by Sayaji, Somnath is an important milestone for Sayaji Hotels as we continue to expand our presence across Gujarat,” said Rajendra Joshi, Associate General Manager, Sayaji Hotels. He added that the destination’s growing appeal among leisure and group travellers presents an opportunity for the brand to establish a strong presence in the market.
The property has been developed in partnership with The Divine Resort. Ramshibhai Kamaliya, Managing Director, The Divine Resort, said the hotel was conceived to cater to the changing requirements of visitors travelling to Somnath while creating a hospitality space connected to the local community.
Situated near the Dari Toll Plaza on Chhatroda Service Road, the hotel is approximately 7 km from Veraval Railway Station and 40 km from Keshod Airport.
The opening comes as Somnath continues to serve as a major pilgrimage destination while benefiting from demand linked to coastal tourism and the wider Saurashtra circuit, including access to Gir National Park. The addition gives Sayaji Hotels another property in Gujarat while strengthening its presence in the state’s religious and leisure travel markets.
