THE QUORUM, India’s leading members-only club, has announced the signing of its fourth club in partnership with Machani Group, a legacy family enterprise with interests spanning real estate, technology, education, and future mobility.
Set to open in mid-2027, the upcoming club will be housed within Regalium—Machani Group’s luxury mixed-use development in Bengaluru’s Koramangala. Spanning 66,000 square feet, THE QUORUM Bengaluru will also feature 30 hotel rooms, marking the brand’s foray into the lodging segment. The project represents an investment of over INR 70 crore.
As part of its evolution into adjacent lifestyle and hospitality formats, THE QUORUM has introduced a new corporate identity — ‘Q COLLECTIVE’. This new umbrella brand marks a strategic shift from operating standalone private clubs to curating an ecosystem of hospitality, culinary, cultural, and wellness experiences, all bound by the group’s founding ethos of community, culture, and connection.
To spearhead this next phase of growth, the group has appointed Srikant Peri as Chief Operating Officer of Q COLLECTIVE. With over three decades of leadership across The Oberoi Group, The Leela, Banyan Tree, Taj Hotels, and Hilton, Peri will be responsible for strengthening the group’s service DNA, scaling its national footprint, and ensuring that each new venture upholds the warmth and excellence synonymous with THE QUORUM brand.
“What began as a single club in Gurugram has evolved into a collection of spaces that transcend geography and format,” said Vivek Narain, Founder & CEO, Q COLLECTIVE. “Our partnership with Machani Group for THE QUORUM Bengaluru brings us to a city that thrives on innovation and community. With Srikant on board, we’re reinforcing our operational foundation for a more ambitious, multi-format future.”
Srikant Peri, COO, Q COLLECTIVE, added: “What excites me about this journey is its human heartbeat. These aren’t just spaces — they’re living, breathing communities. My focus will be on building systems and teams that preserve that spirit of connection as we scale across new markets and verticals.”
Currently, Q COLLECTIVE’s flagship brand THE QUORUM operates three clubs:
-
THE QUORUM Gurgaon (launched 2018) – 35,000 sq. ft. of curated connection and culture.
-
THE QUORUM Mumbai (2021) – a 55,000 sq. ft. lifestyle hub in Lower Parel.
-
THE QUORUM Hyderabad (2024) – an 85,000 sq. ft. space in Hi-Tech City that cements its presence in South India.
In 2023, the group expanded into banqueting and events with district150 — a collaboration with Sattva Group and Blackstone India Real Estate. Positioned as Hyderabad’s new public square, district150 hosts cultural experiences, corporate events, and popular F&B concepts such as Café Reed, Subko, and The Wine Corner.
In Mumbai, the group also operates The Business Quarter, a 50,000 sq. ft. co-working space tailored for entrepreneurs, and The Pavilion, a 200-seater events venue developed with Nucleus Office Parks, a Blackstone India Real Estate subsidiary.
As the boundaries of luxury evolve, Q COLLECTIVE — founded by Vivek Narain and Sonya Jehan — continues to redefine lifestyle hospitality in India through spaces rooted in connection rather than convention
“We’ve always believed lifestyle hospitality should go beyond luxury — it should feel personal, intentional, and inclusive,” said Sonya Jehan, Co-Founder and Creative Director, Q COLLECTIVE.
