Venu Gannem, a mellow and competent professional in the hospitality industry, was recently appointed as the Human Resource Manager at The Courtyard By Marriott, Chennai. In her position as the HR manager, Venu will play a critical role in strategically directing the Human workforce in a very goal-oriented manner with Marriott standards well in place.
Venu Gannem has been a promising aspirant in the field of human resources for more than 9 years and counting. She has worked her way up through the ranks of premium hotel chains such as The Taj, Accor and The Fern hotels amongst others.
In her new role, Venu will not only oversee the Human resources workflow for the company but also consciously bring in right-spirited and energetic individuals to drive a work environment that reflects the values of Marriott.
