New luxury hospitality brand Zari has entered the Indian market with the launch of Bijapur Lodge, a six suite boutique retreat in Jawai, Rajasthan, as it prepares to build a portfolio of experiential luxury properties across the country.
Spread across five acres, Bijapur Lodge targets travellers seeking private, personalised and experience led stays. The property combines wildlife, local culture and regional cuisine, with offerings including private leopard safaris, Rabari village walks, birdwatching, boat excursions, sunrise yoga and sundowners overlooking Jawai’s granite landscape.
The lodge will also offer a curated regional dining programme featuring local ingredients and Rajasthani dishes, including Dal Baati Churma, Laal Maas and Ker Sangri.
Zari said its hospitality model will focus on smaller properties, destination led experiences, sustainability and personalised service rather than conventional large scale resort formats.
The launch marks the first step in the brand’s expansion strategy, with several luxury properties scheduled to open in the coming months. Zari plans to build a boutique hospitality portfolio centred on India’s landscapes, culture and local communities.
Bijapur Lodge positions Jawai’s wildlife and cultural ecosystem at the centre of the guest experience, as demand for intimate and experiential luxury stays continues to shape India’s hospitality market.
