MBD Group has announced the elevation of Parmeet Singh Nayar to Executive Vice President – Hospitality Operations, recognizing his visionary leadership and over 35 years of global hospitality experience.
Nayar, who previously served as Vice President – Operations & General Manager – Hospitality, has worked with prestigious brands such as Shangri-La, Hilton, Carlson Rezidor, ITC Hotels, Taj, and The Imperial New Delhi.
In his six-year tenure with MBD, he has repositioned Radisson Blu MBD Hotels in Noida and Ludhiana among India’s top luxury addresses, driving multiple awards in hospitality and F&B excellence, alongside record revenue achievements.
Individually, Nayar has been honoured with industry accolades including Outstanding Contribution to Hospitality (2025) and Milestone Achiever of the Year (2024).
In his new role, he will oversee the Group’s luxury hospitality portfolio, spearhead new ventures, and strengthen MBD’s leadership in premium hospitality.
