IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced a management agreement with KS Propmart Private Limited to open a new Crowne Plaza hotel in Gurugram Sector 85. Scheduled to launch in early 2029, the project marks IHG’s continued expansion in India and reinforces its premium brand presence in the region.
Strategically located in New Gurugram, the upcoming hotel will cater to the city’s growing demand for premium accommodations and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) facilities. Proximity to the Dwarka Expressway, Delhi International Airport, and the Yashobhoomi Convention Centre positions the hotel as a prime destination for business and leisure travelers alike.
The property will feature 210 well-appointed rooms, four dining options, including a specialty restaurant and a pool bar, and seven versatile meeting spaces, including a large ballroom. Guests can also enjoy premium amenities such as a Club Lounge, fitness center, spa, pool, and a retail section.
Sudeep Jain, IHG’s Managing Director, South West Asia, expressed confidence in the project, calling it a “blend of comfort and convenience.” KS Propmart’s Devendra Pandey emphasized their shared vision for elevating Gurugram’s hospitality scene, ensuring a world-class experience for travelers and event organizers.
