ITC Windsor has appointed Chef Manoj Padmanaban as its new Executive Chef, marking a significant step in strengthening the culinary leadership of the city’s iconic heritage hotel.
With over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality and fine dining, Chef Manoj brings deep operational expertise and a contemporary culinary sensibility. A long-standing member of the ITC Hotels ecosystem, his career spans key roles across leading properties including ITC Windsor, ITC Kohenur, ITC Gardenia and The Leela Palace Bengaluru. He has previously held leadership positions such as Assistant Master Chef and Senior Sous Chef, managing complex operations across all-day dining, specialty restaurants, in-room dining and large-scale banqueting.
A graduate in Hotel Management from Bangalore University, Chef Manoj is recognised for his strong foundation in food safety, modern culinary practices and team-driven excellence. His culinary approach emphasises seasonality, precision and refined presentation, aligned with evolving guest expectations while respecting the hotel’s heritage.
In his new role, Chef Manoj will oversee all culinary operations at ITC Windsor, focusing on menu innovation, consistency in execution and elevating dining experiences across restaurants and banqueting venues.
