Hilton has opened Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Whitefield, its seventh operational hotel in Bengaluru and second property in the Whitefield business cluster, deepening supply in India’s largest corporate travel market outside Mumbai and Delhi. The hotel has been developed through a partnership with Minerva Executive Apartment Private Limited, reflecting Hilton’s continued focus on owner-operator collaboration to scale inventory.
The property joins six trading hotels in the city—Conrad Bengaluru, Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Embassy Manyata Business Park, Hilton Embassy GolfLinks, Hilton Garden Inn DoubleTree Suites Outer Ring Road, and DoubleTree by Hilton Whitefield—strengthening Hilton’s multi-brand portfolio strategy in South Asia’s busiest enterprise travel corridor.
IHCL’s core rival market, Whitefield, houses over 400+ multinational companies, driving sustained B2B occupancy from technology firms, GCCs, manufacturing and consulting networks. Hilton confirmed the new hotel sits within minutes of International Tech Park, EPIP Zone, Prestige Shantiniketan, and key export and industrial promotion districts, improving logistics for corporate stays, meetings and events.
The hotel introduces 7,000 sq ft of meeting and banquet space (7000 sq ft / 7000 square feet), supporting MICE and corporate gatherings, alongside Mynt (all-day dining), The Ace Bar-beque rooftop format, and lobby lounge. Support assets include gym, bar, lobby lounge, fitness centre, and outdoor pool, with event spaces and pool operations scheduled to open by March 2026. The property is part of Hilton Honors and Honors for B2B loyalty engagement, and Hilton reiterated its goal of 300 hotels by 2035 in ten years, 300 hotels over the next decade across South Asia.
