Accor has signed a dual-branded development comprising Pullman Bengaluru Airport and ibis Bengaluru Airport, strengthening its presence in Bengaluru’s northern airport corridor. The two hotels are scheduled to open in 2032 and will jointly offer 450 rooms.
The development will comprise 200 rooms at Pullman Bengaluru Airport and 250 rooms at ibis Bengaluru Airport, along with food and beverage outlets, meeting and event facilities, fitness centres and swimming pools.
Located in Bengaluru’s airport corridor, the project is expected to cater to demand from business and MICE travellers, airline crews, long-stay project teams and leisure travellers, amid the expansion of aviation, technology, aerospace, logistics and commercial activity in North Bengaluru.

Pullman Bengaluru Airport will feature three F&B outlets, comprising a specialty restaurant, lobby lounge bar and all-day dining restaurant. The hotel will also have approximately 1,500 sqm of meetings and events space, supported by pre-function and ancillary areas.
ibis Bengaluru Airport will have approximately 300 sqm of conference and event space, along with an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge and bar.
Both hotels will offer access to a fitness centre and swimming pool.
The development is being undertaken by Bengaluru-based SLK Group, a family-owned business with interests in technology, real estate and emerging industries.

The signing comes as Bengaluru’s airport corridor expands beyond its traditional role as a transit hub, with increasing business, commercial, meetings and longer-stay activity in the surrounding area. The dual-branded development will position the two hotels to address different segments within the same destination.
Accor India & South Asia currently operates more than 75 hotels across luxury, premium, midscale and economy segments under brands including Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Pullman, Grand Mercure, Novotel, Mercure, ibis and ibis Styles.
Ennismore, a joint venture in which Accor holds a majority shareholding, is also expanding its presence in the region, with new addresses including Roswyn, a Morgans Originals Hotel, which recently opened in Mumbai, and The Hoxton, scheduled to open in Bengaluru.
