Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL), in partnership with Bastian Hospitality, has launched Maison Twenty-Seven, a first-of-its-kind integrated hospitality and wellness destination adjoining Terminal 2 of Ahmedabad’s Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (SVPIA).
Spread across 52,000 sq. ft., the destination combines luxury dining, wellness, recovery, entertainment and lifestyle experiences under one roof. Strategically located near GIFT City, Maison Twenty-Seven has been designed to cater to travellers, business professionals and urban consumers seeking experience-led hospitality offerings.
The project forms part of AAHL’s broader strategy to transform airports into integrated lifestyle and urban ecosystems. Wellness facilities at the destination include cryotherapy, hot and cold plunge pools, yoga studios, flotation therapies, salon experiences and fitness zones, alongside curated dining concepts by Bastian Hospitality.
Speaking on the launch, Arun Bansal, CEO, AAHL, said the initiative reflects the company’s vision of redefining airports as immersive social and lifestyle destinations beyond transit infrastructure.
Maison Twenty-Seven officially commenced dinner services from May 21, 2026, marking Bastian Hospitality’s entry into Ahmedabad.
