Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Raman Industrial Enterprises, a Mathura-based partnership firm, to lease a 42-room hotel currently under construction in Uttar Pradesh.
The upcoming property, planned with essential guest amenities, is being developed on a 1,308 sq. m. land parcel located in Village Jaisinghpura Bangar, Tehsil Sadar, Mathura.
The company plans to operate the hotel on a 12-year lease, which will begin once all conditions specified in the agreement are fulfilled.
The arrangement will proceed following statutory approvals, due diligence, and the signing of the final Lease Deed. Both parties have set March 31, 2026, as the target date for executing the definitive agreement, with provisions for mutually agreed extensions.
Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels stated that the disclosure has been made for the information of stock exchanges and stakeholders.
