Atmosphere Core has announced its entry into Northeast India with the signing of DHAR GOLF VISTA by Atmosphere Shillong, a boutique luxury hotel in Shillong. The project, developed in collaboration with Rocky Dhar, is slated to open in 2027.

Located about an hour from Shillong Airport and adjacent to an 18-hole golf course, the hotel is positioned to cater to leisure travellers, corporate guests, and social events.

Operating under the Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts portfolio, the property will feature 75 keys, including deluxe rooms, suites, and presidential suites. Guests can expect panoramic views of the golf course, surrounding valleys, and the city, creating a tranquil and immersive environment.

The hotel will offer a range of culinary experiences, including an all-day dining restaurant with outdoor seating, a themed sports pub, and a rooftop resto-bar serving local and global cuisines.
