A new hospitality brand is set to make its foray into Amaravati with a significant investment. Daspalla Hotels has proposed a INR 163 crore four-star hotel in the capital city and has applied for environmental clearances for the project. The development is expected to further strengthen Amaravati’s emerging hospitality landscape.
The planned hotel will feature a 2C + ground + 17-floor structure, housing 156 guest rooms. Facilities will include a swimming pool, three banquet halls, and 16 amenities such as restaurants, a cafeteria, a gym, and a spa.
The investment reflects growing confidence among hospitality players in Amaravati’s long-term growth prospects. It also signals rising interest from established hotel chains as the city’s infrastructure and service ecosystem continues to evolve.
Several prominent hospitality brands are expanding their presence across Amaravati and other cities in Andhra Pradesh. Major players such as ITC, Novotel, and Hilton have announced new properties in the state, in line with Andhra Pradesh’s improving industrial and commercial outlook.
With Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu positioning Andhra Pradesh as a tourism and investment hub, hospitality companies see strong potential in the region. Rising demand from business travel and leisure tourism, along with the need for premium accommodation for corporate executives and international travellers, is driving this expansion.
