Spread across 2 square kilometres of cedar, oak, and rhododendron forest in the Himalayan foothills, the property is located at an elevation of 2,250 metres (7,381 ft) and offers views of the Kangra Valley, the Dhauladhar mountain range, and the Dalai Lama Temple.
Positioned as a nature-led retreat, Eagles Nest serves as a base for outdoor and wellness-focused activities including trekking, forest walks, horse riding, bird watching, and visits to local ashrams, yoga centres, and meditation facilities. The property is also positioned to host wellness retreats and international yoga groups.
The 17-room property features a contemporary design with natural materials, warm wooden interiors, and minimalistic aesthetics. Public spaces include a double-height atrium lobby with a skylight, multiple interaction areas, and indoor recreational facilities.
Guest accommodation comprises rooms measuring approximately 320 sq. ft., with suites exceeding 400 sq. ft., each equipped with balconies or sit-outs overlooking the surrounding landscape. Standard in-room amenities include heating systems, electric blankets, work desks, tea and coffee facilities, and electronic safes.
The property offers dining facilities including a private dining hall and a fireplace lounge. The on-site kitchen serves regional Himachali cuisine alongside select Indian and international dishes, using locally sourced produce where possible.
Outdoor amenities include landscaped lawns, walking trails, flower beds, and a greenhouse used for organic cultivation. The retreat operates its own spring water source, has rainwater harvesting systems in place, and incorporates sustainability-led practices in daily operations.
