Espire Group commemorated Founder’s Day 2026 on May 6 with a series of community-driven initiatives across its hospitality, technology and education verticals, honouring the legacy of its Founder Chairperson, Late Mrs. Sadhana Rai. Rooted in her belief that businesses must contribute meaningfully to society, the initiatives focused on education, community welfare, inclusion and grassroots support across multiple cities.
Hospitality Teams Drive Grassroots Community Support
Across Espire Hospitality Limited, teams from Six Senses Fort Barwara, ZANA Luxury Resorts and Country Inn Hotels & Resorts undertook several outreach initiatives aimed at improving everyday living conditions for underserved communities.
In New Delhi, the corporate office team supported Earth Saviours Foundation with water dispensers to improve access to clean drinking water. ZANA Forest Resort, Ranthambore donated mattresses to Yash Rehabilitation Centre in Sawai Madhopur, while ZANA Lake Resort, Udaipur contributed storage units and essential appliances to Aashrya Sewa Sansthan.
At Six Senses Fort Barwara, the team supported the construction of toilets at a government primary school in Chauth Ka Barwara, strengthening basic infrastructure for students.
Focus on Education and Child Welfare
Education and child welfare formed a key pillar of this year’s Founder’s Day activities. Teams from Country Inn and ZANA properties in Jim Corbett and Bhimtal extended support to JSR Divyang School in Ramnagar by providing school uniforms and food supplies for students.
In Varanasi, the Country Inn team donated school bags and dry ration kits to KV Jan Kalyan Trust, while the team at Country Inn Premier, Amritsar partnered with All India Pingalwara Charitable Society to provide ceiling fans for residents during the summer season.
Meanwhile, teams from ZANA by the Ganges and Country Inn properties in Rishikesh distributed essential groceries to Kusht Seva Ashram to support its daily operational needs.
Espire Infolabs Leads Three-Day Outreach Initiative
Espire Infolabs marked Founder’s Day through a three-day outreach programme across Delhi NCR focused on elderly care, women’s empowerment and student awareness.
The initiative included visits to Sarthak Prayas Old Age Home in Dwarka, where the team spent time with residents and contributed water purification systems, clothing, fans and daily essentials.
In Gurugram, the company partnered with Karyashala Foundation to conduct self-defence and financial awareness sessions for underprivileged women, alongside donating sewing machines to support livelihood opportunities.
The final day focused on student engagement at Government High School, Gurugram, with sessions on cyber safety and women’s empowerment, accompanied by donations of dictionaries, atlases and educational materials.
Educational Institutions Extend Community Engagement
Across the education vertical, teams from Radcliffe Group of Schools, Rai University Ahmedabad and Rai Technology University Bengaluru participated in community outreach programmes spanning orphanages, old age homes and NGOs.
Students and faculty members contributed educational supplies, Braille paper, stationery kits, groceries, medical aid, utility equipment and community meals across institutions including Jyot Ashram, School for Blinds Patiala, Samarthan NGO Bhopal, Anand Dham, Matra Chaya Balgrah Jaipur, Vatsalya Orphanage Moshi and Udyan Care Greater Noida.
