The Federation of Hotel and Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI), in collaboration with Jiva Ayurveda and backed by the Ministry of AYUSH, organized a transformative ‘Harit Yoga’ session at Jiva Public School, Faridabad. This event underscored the importance of holistic wellness and environmental stewardship, drawing over 60 participants, including students, wellness advocates, yoga instructors, and hospitality professionals.
Held in the tranquil early hours from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM, the session featured guided yoga and pranayama, fostering mindfulness and a deeper connection to self and surroundings. Adding a symbolic green touch, saplings were distributed to attendees, emphasizing the synergy between personal well-being and ecological responsibility—a central philosophy of the Harit Yoga initiative.
Madhusudan Chauhan, CEO of Jiva Ayurveda, remarked, “Ayurveda and yoga are India’s profound gifts to global wellness. Harit Yoga aligns these practices with sustainability, inspiring a balanced and mindful lifestyle.”
Payal Swami, Assistant Secretary General of FHRAI, added, “In a fast-paced hospitality industry, initiatives like Harit Yoga help reconnect us with health and the environment. We’re proud to promote wellness in harmony with sustainability.”
