The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI conducted FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC), on 29th July, 2025 at The Dukes Retreat in Khandala. Marking a significant milestone, the session was the 101stFoSTaC training organized by the Association and was attended by 36 hospitality professionals. Designed to enhance operational standards across the sector, the programme provided participants with vital knowledge on food safety protocols, sanitation practices and sustainable waste management. The training was conducted by renowned food safety expert Dr V. Pasupathy, trainer from Parikshan.
With this latest edition, HRAWI has now successfully certified 3,607 professionals through its FoSTaC initiatives, reaffirming its dedication to promoting a robust culture of food safety. The programmes aim to empower hospitality stakeholders with actionable knowledge and skills to maintain compliance with national safety regulations and global best practices.
