The Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India (HRAWI) will host the 20th Regional Convention on October 8th and 9th, 2025, at the Crystal Room, The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai. Themed ‘75 Years of Service, Solidarity, and Success’, the event will mark a historic dual celebration—HRAWI’s 75th Platinum Jubileeand a return to its roots in Mumbai, where it was founded under the guidance of J.R.D. Tata.
The convention will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to explore the future of hospitality and tourism, aligned with the vision of ‘Viksit Maharashtra 2047’ and ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’.
“This year’s convention is both a tribute to our legacy and a look ahead to the future,” said Jimmy Shaw, President, HRAWI. “Hosting it at the Taj Mahal Palace is symbolic and deeply meaningful.”
The two-day event will feature keynotes, panel discussions, and networking sessions, offering a platform for collaboration and innovation.
HRAWI’s diverse membership includes leading brands such as Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, and numerous independent hotels and restaurants across Western India.
