Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced the signing of a Tree of Life resort in Wayanad. This brownfield project marks the Tree of Life brand’s entry into Kerala.

Spread across more than four acres, the 55-key Tree of Life Wayanad overlooks the scenic Banasura Lake and offers expansive views of the surrounding landscape. The resort will feature an all-day dining restaurant and bar, along with wellness and recreational amenities including a swimming pool and spa.

Nestled in the Western Ghats, Wayanad is renowned for its rich biodiversity, lush greenery, and picturesque landscapes. The region is home to popular tourist attractions including the Banasura Dam, Pookode Lake, and the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary.
With the addition of this resort, IHCL will have a portfolio of 23 hotels in Kerala, including five properties currently under development.
