IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) has announced a strategic partnership with The Job Plus and the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) to skill and empower young people from underserved communities, creating meaningful career pathways in India’s hospitality industry.
The collaboration, aligned with IHG’s Journey to Tomorrow responsible business plan, aims to address the sector’s growing skill gap and promote youth employability through targeted training and innovation. Supported by IHG’s educational sponsorship, the initiative will help young individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds build sustainable careers and achieve financial independence.
