Hyatt has announced the signing of a management agreement with Krivish Hospitality Private Limited for the development of Grand Hyatt Indore, set to open in 2029. This 11.5-acre luxury property is poised to redefine hospitality standards in Indore, a rapidly growing economic hub of Madhya Pradesh.
The hotel will feature 250 opulent rooms and suites, expansive event spaces exceeding 53,000 square feet, including a grand ballroom, and five premium dining options. Aimed at both business and leisure travelers, the property promises a world-class spa, fitness center, and entertainment zones catering to all age groups.
“Grand Hyatt Indore underscores our commitment to India’s dynamic markets,” said Dhruva Rathore, Vice President, Development for Hyatt India.
With Indore’s industrial growth fueled by sectors like IT, pharmaceuticals, and textiles, coupled with strategic infrastructure such as the Super Corridor, the hotel is set to enhance the city’s global appeal.
“This project aligns with Indore’s rising stature,” added Sanjay Shukla, Director of Krivish Hospitality.
