LuxExclusive Marketing brought the global “100 Years of Burrata” celebration to India for the first time, hosting Michelin-starred Italian chef Giovanni Papi for an exclusive two-day culinary showcase in Mumbai on December 16–17.
Held at EVE, Worli, the landmark event celebrated a century of Italy’s iconic burrata cheese through curated dining experiences and a private Chef’s Table. The celebration also marked the India unveiling of the commemorative book on Burrata’s 100-year journey, co-authored by Doug Singer, Flavel Monteiro, and Sumit Govind Sharma.
