Manglam Group has formally entered the hospitality sector with the launch of The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa, a luxury resort set in the foothills of the Aravalli range near Jaipur. Developed with an investment of approximately INR300 crore, the property marks a significant milestone for the Group as it diversifies from real estate into premium hospitality and positions itself as a long-term player in the luxury resort segment.
The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa is spread across nine acres and has been designed to align with Westin’s global wellness-led hospitality philosophy while drawing inspiration from Balinese architecture and regional aesthetics. The resort features 135 well-appointed guest rooms and suites, along with expansive banqueting and event spaces that cater to destination weddings, corporate retreats and large social gatherings, reinforcing Jaipur’s appeal as a year-round leisure and MICE destination.
Wellness forms the core of the guest experience at the resort, with facilities such as the Heavenly Spa by Westin, a fully equipped WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio, outdoor wellness zones, and dedicated jogging and cycling tracks integrated into the landscape. Culinary offerings focus on balanced, nourishing menus alongside regional and international flavours, in keeping with the brand’s emphasis on mindful dining.
The launch is also significant for Marriott International, as the property becomes the company’s 200th hotel in India, reflecting the continued growth of branded luxury hospitality across key leisure destinations in the country. For Manglam Group, the resort serves as the foundation of its broader ₹1,000 crore hospitality expansion plan, which includes upcoming resort and city hotel projects as well as serviced accommodation offerings under other brands.
