Minor Hotels has announced a major expansion of its brand portfolio with the launch of four new hotel brands, marking a significant step in its global growth strategy. The newly introduced brands—The Wolseley Hotels, Minor Reserve Collection, Colbert Collection, and iStay Hotels—are designed to address evolving preferences of travelers and owners across luxury, premium, and select segments.
The Wolseley Hotels, inspired by the heritage of London’s iconic Piccadilly restaurant, blends classic British elegance with European sophistication. Minor Reserve Collection, the group’s first luxury soft brand, will feature rare and character-rich properties offering personalized, immersive stays.
The Colbert Collection, also a soft brand, targets the premium segment with a focus on culinary experiences and community-driven travel. Meanwhile, iStay Hotels aims to meet rising demand in the select-service space with tech-enabled, budget-friendly stays in top urban destinations.
These additions complement Minor’s existing portfolio of brands like Anantara, Avani, Tivoli, and NH Collection. The expansion aligns with the group’s March 2025 masterbrand refresh and supports its target of reaching 850 hotels by 2027.
Minor Hotels is currently in active discussions for developments under each new brand, with official property announcements expected soon.
