Novotel Guwahati has announced the new menu across its F&B outlets. It has been designed as per FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) guidelines. Adhering to the guideline, all the food items offered will have KCAL and allergen details.
Popular Assamese cuisine and famous cuisine across the country are part of the new culinary experience as people from Pan India are travelling to Northeast now. New menu will have few special additions like comfort food with grab-and-go options, wellness options like Mediterranean mezze platter for millennial and health-conscious guests. However, hotel will continue to offer Indian, Oriental & continental cuisines for the restaurant & IRD.
Global weekend brunch with fifty plus dishes is there on every Saturday & Sunday at the Square restaurant.
The celebration of cocktails, music and food will continue at Malt on every Friday & Saturday at the Musical Melodies events. Hotel offers special F&B discounts for corporate guests from 6 pm onwards from Monday to Thursday.
