D B Realty’s hospitality business witnesses a change in leadership as Rahul Pandit steps in as the President and Executive Director. Pandit, renowned for his prior leadership roles at Lemon Tree and Ginger hotels, most recently served as the Chief Executive of Blackstone’s India logistics platform – Horizon Industrial Parks.
This transition comes on the heels of the D B Realty board’s approval in February for the demerger of its hospitality business, as part of a strategic move towards value enhancement. Notably, in September of last year, D B Realty had announced the acquisition of three hotels located in Mumbai, Delhi, and Goa, amounting to INR 2,300 crore.
