The menu features Scottish smoked salmon tartare, heirloom tomato with burrata cheese, pan-seared sea bream, roasted three yellow chicken, and raspberry mousse with lychee confit and Calvados jelly. The experience is priced at HK$720 per person.
Michelin-starred Spring Moon will offer an eight-course Cantonese dinner menu priced at HK$1,800 per person. Signature dishes include chilled razor clams with Chinese yellow wine, steamed scallops with egg white and spinach sauce, pan-fried threadfin with blaze mushrooms, and barbecued suckling pig stuffed with glutinous rice and wild mushrooms.
