Ventive Hospitality, a premier listed hospitality platform backed by Panchshil Realtyand Blackstone, together with Panchshil Foundation, has taken a significant step toward community empowerment by donating a bus to Cochlea Pune for Hearing & Speech.
The donated bus will function as a dedicated shuttle service, currently operating across four routes between Chinchwadand Cochlea’s Kothrud center. This initiative ensures that children and their mothers can access therapy, counselling, and training sessions with ease and consistency—removing transportation barriers and enabling uninterrupted care critical to speech development.
Emphasizing the impact of the initiative, Mr. Ranjit Batra, CEO of Ventive Hospitality Limited, said:
“In the corporate world, we often focus on large-scale initiatives, but it is sometimes the smallest steps that create the most meaningful change. This bus is one such step, as it helps children and their families access therapy and education that can truly transform their future.”
During the event, the Ventive team met with audiologist Ms. Mugdha Arkadi, who noted:
“Watching children find their voice through speech development makes every challenge worthwhile.”
Inspired by Cochlea’s work, Mr. Batra also pledged to create future employment opportunities in hospitality tailored to the abilities of Cochlea students.
In addition, Ventive Hospitality announced a new partnership with Panchshil Foundation to establish awareness spaces in all Panchshil cafeterias. These spaces will help amplify Cochlea’s mission, address challenges in public outreach and education, and promote awareness about hearing impairments and the importance of early intervention.
