Sterling Holiday Resorts has expanded its wildlife hospitality portfolio with the launch of Sterling Quinta Jim Corbett, its second property in the Corbett region and 11th resort in Uttarakhand.
The launch takes Sterling’s wildlife portfolio to 13 resorts with more than 480 rooms and suites, as the company continues to build destination clusters across India’s key wildlife and nature tourism markets.
Located in the Bail Parao–Kaladhungi belt of Ramnagar, Sterling Quinta Jim Corbett is positioned as a quieter base for exploring the wider Corbett landscape. The resort complements Sterling’s existing Corbett property and is aimed at growing demand for experience-led holidays centred on wildlife and nature.
The 46-room resort offers five room categories, including accommodation with private sit-outs, balconies and plunge pools. Facilities include a swimming pool, spa and Nectar, the all-day dining restaurant.
Sterling is also targeting the meetings, incentives and celebrations segment through a 2,800 sq. ft. banquet hall and two landscaped lawns, catering to corporate offsites, incentive travel, weddings and social events.
The property will offer experiences beyond safaris, including birdwatching, plantation walks and access to attractions such as Chhoi Village, Shri Hanuman Dham, Jim Corbett Museum and Corbett Falls. Safari access includes forest zones such as Phato and Sitabani.

He added that Sterling’s destination-cluster strategy is intended to allow travellers to explore wildlife destinations through multiple stay options while maintaining consistency in hospitality.
The resort has been developed in partnership with Shreena Hospitalities Pvt Ltd. Partners Shailendra Goswami and Amit Aggarwal said the property was conceived as a nature-led retreat complementing the wider Corbett experience.
Sterling’s wildlife portfolio now spans destinations including Corbett, Gir, Kanha, Pench, Ranthambore, Sariska, Thekkady, Wayanad, Anaikatti and Tipeshwar, strengthening its presence in India’s experiential leisure segment.
