DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road has appointed Karan Singhal as its Marketing & Communications Manager, strengthening the hotel’s leadership team as it sharpens its focus on brand visibility, experiential marketing and F&B-led growth.
In his new role, Singhal will lead the property’s marketing and communications strategy, driving experience-centric campaigns, enhancing brand positioning and developing guest engagement initiatives across accommodation, dining and lifestyle experiences. He will also focus on strengthening the hotel’s digital footprint, media outreach and strategic partnerships while creating integrated marketing programmes to reinforce its presence in Bengaluru’s competitive hospitality market.
With over six years of experience in hospitality marketing and communications, Singhal brings expertise in brand communications, digital marketing, public relations, social media and integrated campaign management.
Prior to joining DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, he served as Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications at The LaLiT Chandigarh, where he led the hotel’s marketing function. His previous stints include Hyatt Regency Ludhiana and Novotel & Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. He began his career with hospitality marketing agency Eleven Inc in Gurugram.

A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management Aurangabad with a B.A. (Hons.) in Hotel Management, Singhal also holds an MBA in Marketing from Manipal University Jaipur.
The appointment comes as the hotel looks to strengthen its market positioning through differentiated guest experiences, targeted marketing initiatives and enhanced engagement across digital and traditional channels.
