ECKO Hotels & Resorts has expanded its national presence with 12 new properties across key destinations in India. The brand, which began operations in April 2025 with hotels in Rishikesh, Tapovan, and Haridwar, has added over 1,000 keys in locations including Pandukeshwar, Badrinath, Amritsar, Dehradun, Puri, Goa, Alibaug, Lansdowne, and Udaipur.
The expansion focuses on spiritual, leisure, MICE, and wedding tourism segments—sectors witnessing rapid growth in the country. With properties spread across Himalayan retreats, coastal towns, heritage hubs, and spiritual centres, the chain aims to cater to both domestic and international travellers.
According to founder and CEO Perkin Rocha, the move underscores the company’s plan to respond to evolving traveller preferences by combining modern amenities with location-specific experiences.
The new properties are designed to highlight the distinct cultural, natural, and spiritual attributes of each destination, ranging from pilgrim centres like Amritsar and Puri to leisure and heritage markets such as Goa, Alibaug, and Udaipur.
