Oyo announced its entry into the food and beverages (F&B) sector, introducing in-house kitchens, quick service restaurants (QSR), and “Townhouse Cafe” concepts across its company-serviced hotels. This initiative, expected to contribute 5–10% additional revenue at the hotel level, will be implemented in 1,500 hotels by FY26.
The setup will range from full-service kitchens offering diverse menus to pantry-style setups catering to essential food needs. Guests can order meals via in-house dining or online platforms, including Oyo’s app. Townhouse Cafes will provide ready-to-eat options and QSR carts in hotel lobbies for quick meals without wait times.
Oyo piloted this program in January 2025 at 100 hotels in cities like Delhi, Gurugram, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru. The nationwide rollout is set to enhance the in-hotel dining experience with fresh, convenient, and quality food.
Chief Operating Officer Varun Jain stated that Oyo is building a network of F&B experts in key cities, targeting India’s growing demand for premium hotel experiences.
As more Indians embrace premium hotel stays, Oyo’s F&B initiative aligns with the expanding branded economy hotel segment, which is growing in Tier-2 to Tier-4 cities.
